We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

β’ Items must be returned in original packaging
β’ Products must not show any signs of use, damage, or wear
β’ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

We offer FREE returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. We do not accept returns sent without prior return authorization.
π³ REFUND POLICY β 7 DAYS PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
If approved:
β’ Refunds are processed within 7 business days
β’ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
β’ You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed
Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
β οΈ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photo evidence to verify the issue. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
